Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring incoming payments, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining healthy cash flow for the company. This role supports the finance team by tracking customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and send invoices to clients/customers accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed terms.
• Record and post payments in the accounting system.
• Follow up on overdue accounts through email, calls, and collection reminders.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments for concerns.
