Accounts Receivable Associate

The Project-Based Accounts Receivable Associate will support the AR team in the clean-up and reconciliation of Sales and Accounts Receivable records.

This role is dedicated to reviewing, validating, and correcting historical data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the company's AR balances. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and system proficiency are essential for the successful execution of this project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business-related course.
• Experience in reconciling Accounts Receivable accounts.
• Knowledgeable in Bank Reconciliation and Sales-related accounting processes.
• Familiarity with Sales and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Keen to details and able to work with accuracy when reviewing large volumes of data.
• With experience using LSBC system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data management).
