Accounts Receivable Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Global Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or customer complaint handling. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for making sure that customers will receive their refunds in time and making sure our CS team has all the financial information they need.

Responsibilities:

·       Process customer refund requests accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to contract terms and legal deadlines.

·       Respond to customer inquiries and disputes regarding billing and payment issues in a professional and timely manner.
