Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of customer invoices
• Match project billing documents against customer orders and verify required approvals
• Process manual revenue recognition in Oracle R12 (e.g., warranty, retention)
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Coordinate with internal departments to address invoice-related concerns
• Maintain a complete, organized file of billing documents per transaction
• Ensure proper scanning, storage, and documentation of AR records
• Escalate unresolved or unclear issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to Accounts Receivable as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
