Job Details 
Responsibilities:
Collects on accounts in assigned portfolio.
Assists associates within Credit and Collections department with problems on accounts.
Trains other associates within Credit and Collections department.
Communicates with other departments regarding process improvements.
Approves and processes customer refund check requests which are submitted by levels I and II Credit and Collection Clerks and under a pre-determined amount.
