Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a manufacturing team in Watsonville, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing daily transactional work with customer-focused collections support in a fast-paced environment. The position will contribute to billing accuracy, cash application activity, account reconciliation, and month-end close while partnering with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment issues effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including recording payments and maintaining accurate customer account balances.
• Apply and post daily bank and cash transactions to ensure receipts are reflected correctly in the accounting records.
• Create and process invoices for products such as fruit, plants, and packaging materials with a high level of accuracy.
