Accounts Receivable / Collections Representative

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be crucial in managing outstanding accounts, ensuring the financial resources that support our global services are secured. If you are great with communication and experienced in managing accounts, this role is for you.

Requirements

Previous experience in Collections or similar roles

Strong knowledge of billing procedures & collection techniques

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Problem-solving mindset

High School diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s is a plus
