For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to oversee the endtoend residential accounts receivable function across our national aged care portfolio.

This role sits at the centre of financial accuracy and governance, ensuring compliant billing, strong internal controls, and highquality AR operations across 17 homes (and growing).

It is a key operational leadership role focused on AR integrity, risk management and continuous improvement.

Reporting into the Finance portfolio, you will:

• Oversee all AR processing across 17 residential aged care homes, ensuring scalability as the portfolio grows

• Ensure resident billing is accurate, timely and compliant with internal policies and aged care requirements
