Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, the Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist independently supports activities related to accounts receivable management and performs any additional tasks as required.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Responsible for global accounts receivable activities
• Mostly focus on US customers
• Analyze and issue credit notes
• Coordinate prepaid orders
• Resolve complex customer questions and issues
• Coordinate tasks with the team
• Validate and maintain procedures
• Record cash receipts
• Perform month‑end closing tasks
• Execute SOX controls
• Handle any other related tasks that may fall within the scope of this role
