Role Purpose

Supports the Finance & Accounting Department by handling accounts payable, tax compliance, transaction recording, reconciliations, and inventory tracking for production assets and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue BIR forms, ensure supplier compliance.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions in QNE/Excel.
• Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
• Submit reports and notify teams of payment completion.
• Track and audit inventory of assets, collaterals, and merchandise.
• Reconcile digital advertising expenses (e.g., Meta Ads).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Open to fresh graduates; internship experience a plus.
