- Aminimum of 5 years experience leading an AR team.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive management style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
