Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing billing, collections, and customer accounts to ensure timely cash flow and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee AR operations including billing, collections, and cash application
• Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies
• Ensure accurate issuance of invoices, statements of account, and official receipts
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on billing concerns
• Ensure compliance with BIR invoicing and receipting requirements
• Prepare AR reports, forecasts, and collection performance metrics
• Lead and develop the AR team and improve collection processes

Qualifications
