Accounts Receivable

Job responsibilities:

• Perform collection of Accounts Receivable (AR), EWT, and VAT from clients
• Conduct regular phone calls and follow-ups with customers regarding outstanding payables
• Monitor and investigate problematic or overdue AR accounts
• Escalate aging receivables to the Account Executive (AE) or concerned stakeholders for action
• Reconcile amounts collected against client receivables records
• Collect, track, and file EWT and VAT certificates
• Maintain accurate AR entries and updates in the AR file/system
• Coordinate the application of internal ARs and ensure proper posting
• Support other AR-related tasks as needed by the finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• With at least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections (fresh graduates may be considered)
