Accounts Receivable Officer

About the Role

We are partnering with our client on an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well established team on a full time basis.

The correct candidate will be responsible for managing end to end accounts receivable as part of a medium sized finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing and receipting
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding debt and follow up on overdue invoices
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month end processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both technical accuracy and a warm, professional communication style.
