About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented AR Support Specialist to join our growing accounting team. You'll be responsible for processing new construction contracts, verifying project tax requirements, and helping ensure our client billing and job setup processes run smoothly. You'll work closely with project managers and the controller to support revenue projections and client financial tracking. This role supports a fast-growing construction business based in Vancouver, WA, with in-office operations in Cebu City, Philippines.
