Job Description
Take on the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist at MasonLift, overseeing customer accounts and payment processes efficiently in an office setting. Drive accuracy and support company objectives.
In this position, you will manage daily Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring that payments are posted and reconciled accurately. A minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant field and a college diploma in accounting are essential for success. You will actively support financial reporting and accounts management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Handle customer and supplier inquiries with professionalism
• Complete posting activities for payments and invoices
• Prepare bank deposit sheets accurately
• Serve as back-up for reception tasks
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable or Cash Application experience
• College diploma in accounting required
