What This Role Is Really About

At its core, this role is about documents, accuracy, and follow-through.

You will be responsible for:

• Collecting Bills of Lading (BOLs), PODs, lumper receipts, and accessorial paperwork from carriers & truck drivers.
• Verifying every document for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Processing paperwork through our TMS so invoices can be generated correctly
• Billing customers accurately and on time
• Preparing carriers for payment once their paperwork and terms are met
