Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Operations

+ Generate invoices and maintain customer account records

+ Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts

+ Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

+ Research and resolve billing discrepancies

+ Support month-end close and AR reporting activities
