Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will handle customer invoicing, payment collections, and resolution of billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate and efficient accounts receivable processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can communicate effectively and manage high volumes of transactions with precision.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct timely and accurate invoicing, monitor aging reports, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Perform payment collection calls and send correspondence to address outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve customer chargebacks, billing issues, and disputes in a thorough and efficient manner.
• Obtain and review required documentation for deductions, and request repayment for invalid deductions.
