Accounts Receivable Specialist

Encoding of weekly Aging from Billing files,
Responsible for Updating of Collection
Calls and follow up to Clients regarding payments
Designate daily field work for finance messenger (Billing & Collection Schedule, Banking )
Processing/Applying Government permits.
Monitoring Schedule of deliveries for Prepaid Accounts.
Updating/Encoding Macro files
Releasing of Check payables.
CWT 2307 Encoding and Updating (BIR).
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
Proficiency in experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of AR principles, internal controls and compliance requirements
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address AR-related challenges
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday
