Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to own invoicing, payments, collections, and account reconciliations. In this role, you'll ensure accurate transactions, support customers with billing questions, and help improve AR processes in a fast-growing organization.

What You'll Do

Invoice Management

• Prepare and send accurate customer invoices on time
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up for prompt payment
• Resolve billing discrepancies professionally and efficiently

Payment Processing

• Apply payments in QuickBooks and Service Fusion
• Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate balances
• Process credit cards, ACH, checks, and other payment methods

Collections

• Proactively contact clients with overdue balances
