What You’ll Do:

• Post new client data and payments, ensuring accuracy across ledgers and systems.
• Manage daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers.
• Monitor aged receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and arrange payment plans.
• Prepare notices, letters, and required documentation in compliance with residential tenancy regulations.
• Work with property managers and legal representatives on collections and tribunal filings.
