Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist – AR who will handle billing, collections, and monitoring of client payments for our construction projects. The role ensures accurate invoicing, timely follow-ups, and proper recording of all accounts receivable transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare progress billings, milestone billings, and final invoices
• Coordinate with Project Engineers/Managers for accomplishment updates
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding client payments
• Record payments and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and collection reports
• Ensure compliance with VAT, EWT, and other tax requirements
• Maintain complete AR documentation
