Accounts Receivable Specialist

Unitan Construction & Development Corporation is seeking an Accounting Specialist AR to manage billing, collections, and monitoring of client payments on construction projects. The role ensures accurate invoicing, timely follow‑ups, and proper recording of all accounts receivable transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare progress, milestone, and final invoices.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers/Managers for updates on project completion.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Record payments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, EWT, and other tax requirements.
• Maintain complete AR documentation.
