Accounts Receivable Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software, particularly SAP.
• Willing to work in Dasmariñas, Cavite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts receivable files and documentation.
• Accurately record, post, and reconcile incoming customer payments (cash, checks, and credit cards).
• Timely issuance of Collection Receipts (CR) for all received payments.
• Oversee the checking, monitoring, and liquidation of petty cash funds.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billings or payments to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
