Job Description: Account Receivable Supervisor

This position reports to the Assistant Controller. This position is responsible for supervising all Accounts Receivable teams currently working through diversify related to the finance team Interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, planning and organizational skills are required. Position requires a high level of accuracy, quantity and proficiency of work in a busy atmosphere. Ability to work on your own, develop, and be a proven self-starter with ability to lead a team in a flexible environment.

Essential Functions

• Verify accuracy of invoices and other documents/ Assist with reviewing Invoices
• Act as main point of contact between US accounting manager and Off-shores team
• Answer internal/external inquiries
• Ensure all billings is completed timely
• Work with CSR / POA to reconcile invoice issues
