Accounts Receivable Clerk

who will be responsible for the precise and swift recording of all invoices and receipts, as well as ensuring up to date tracking of all orders and shipments. Reporting to the CFO, this position requires key attention to detail, logical thinking, strong organization skills, while being able to effectively communicate and maintain positive relationships with customers (both internal and external), stakeholders and other key team members.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and related duties in posting accounts receivable payments

Maintain ledgers, credit balances, and resolving account irregularities
