Accounts Static Administrator

This role supports the account static process, acting as a key point of contact and working closely with internal teams and external counterparties. The focus is on ensuring funds are opened accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, within the Prescient systems, while delivering a positive client experience. 

This role is well suited to a graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on exposure in financial services operations. 

• The setup and maintenance of Funds on the Prescient platform. 
• The setup of Funds and Classes on external platforms (Bloomberg & Morningstar). 
• The setup and maintenance of Bank Accounts and Beneficiary accounts on Paylink and/or other systems as required. 
• Facilitate Eagle password and account resets.
• Assist in over-sight controls to ensure accuracy of setups and consistency with Prescient's governance policies.
