ACES Specialist, AMZL Trans

We are looking for a continuous improvement junior specialist which is a role referred to internally as ACES Specialist, to drive cost and efficiency charter within Amazon logistics and transportation services.
As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist, you will drive process standardization in Egypt last mile logistics operations. As a member of the ACES team itself, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations, first mile stations, line haul operations while providing operations team with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve performance.

Key job responsibilities
As a primary contact for delivery station management regarding process improvements and efficiency programs, you will support monitoring the logistics and delivery success through in-station and on-road performance indicators.
