Job Description

 Tai Seng
Salary Range
 $3,500 – $7,000
Benefits
 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month 
 2% Medical Allowance per month
Job Responsibilities
 Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality. 
 Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are implemented effectively. 
 Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects. 
 Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented. 
 Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
