ACMV Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee ACMV projects from initiation to completion
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants and clients on project matters
• Manage project schedule, manpower planning and cost control
• Review technical drawings and ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination and site operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Relevant experience in ACMV project coordination or management
• Project Manager: Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience preferred
• Familiar with local construction practices and regulations
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a site-based environment
