Responsible for facilitating training initiatives to enhance the competencies and skills of staff and leaders in the organization. As an Acquire University Trainer, he continues to assess the effectiveness of Team Leaders and Managers post-training by monitoring and documenting their performance after program completion. He also reviews and updates all training content to ensure its relevance and to positively impact the performance of participants.
