We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in property acquisitions and creative deal structures. We are looking for a motivated Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a key role in building relationships with property owners and converting qualified leads into signed contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take over qualified appointments set by the Appointment Setter and conduct seller meetings (phone, Zoom, or in-person).
• Build rapport and trust with potential sellers to understand their needs and motivations.
• Negotiate and structure purchase agreements that align with company goals.
• Manage and guide the cold calling team, ensuring leads are properly qualified and followed up.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the Dispositions Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth deal flow from acquisition to closing.
