Job Summary
The Acquisition Manager – Deployment is responsible for driving business growth by securing new clients within the Deployment and Agency Partner segments while ensuring strong account management and client retention. The role leads the Client Success team, strengthens partnerships through strategic engagement, and delivers on revenue and margin targets. It also plays a key leadership role in aligning teams, optimizing sales performance, and utilizing CTI tools to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisition

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within Deployment and Agency Partner segments.
• Develop tailored proposals using CTI tools such as Aquarius and Astra.
