Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS Office. Personnel should be available on short notice.
 

     JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO

+ Performs administrative support services to the Army Community Service Director (ACSD), such as preparing and tracking memoranda, Requests for Personal Actions (RPAs), and Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE).

+ Refers and advises Military personnel, their families, civilians, and retirees on all facets of community resources.
