The Head: Finance will be responsible for leading and managing the Finance Department to ensure sound financial management, compliance with legislation, and alignment with organisational strategic objectives. The successful candidate will oversee financial systems, budgeting, reporting, governance, and audit processes while ensuring operational efficiency and effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance Department and its operations.
Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with organisational strategy.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage group accounting, consolidations, and investment valuations.
Oversee external audit processes and ensure audit readiness.
