ACTION Technical Trainer

About the Role

Advanced World Systems, Inc. (AWS) is looking for a Full-time Technical Trainer who will play a key role in training and developing future software engineers under our ACTION program. If you're passionate about teaching and have a strong foundation in programming, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training for entry-level engineers.
• Design and update training modules and materials.
• Guide trainees in mastering programming languages and development tools.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and progress.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience as a software developer.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient and capable of teaching at least two (2) of the following technologies: (Java 8, Linux, Relational Databases - MySQL, PostgreSQL, PL?SQL, C/C++, Web Development - HMTL5, CSS, Boostrap, ...
