Activation Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The focus of this position is to support the overall objectives of PVM Sales and Marketing group by developing and executing sound and effective merchandising programs and promo activations that will translate to purchase and effectively, category growth for PVM brands. 

This role is accountable for the management of Third-Party Agency (TPA) Merchandiser Provider, recommending the optimum merchandising deployment in all directly covered doors. 

Furthermore, the Activation Manager is responsible in planning and executing merchandising, visibility, activations programs, designing and developing materials that would translate brand campaigns into in-store point of sale collaterals. 

Lastly, the key responsibility of this position is to manage and utilize trade promo and merchandising fund, allocating budget per channel and region, setting return on investment and cost-to-sales ratio standard in collaboration with Finance team, ...
