Activations / Events Project Manager

Job description:

• Plan, execute, and oversee brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Develop and implement activation strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activations and provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that all activations align with brand guidelines and corporate objectives.
• Handle logistics, budget management, and resource allocation for activations.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in brand activations.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to integrate activations into broader marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of activations while maintaining high-quality standards.
