ActiveOne: Clinic Manager

The Clinic Manager will handle clinic management in terms of daily clinic operations, engagement with staff, guidance in reports, audit compliance, etc. A coordinator and first line to engage with clinic site personnel to address day-to-day concerns.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance of staff with standards defined by ActiveOne specifically about customer service and other staff behavior policies.
• Monitors and maintain records of staff performance relative to attendance & performance
• Communication/coordination with site medical personnel regarding client requirements and policy updates
• Coordination with CMT regarding client escalations on staffing and operational issues and ensuring compliance to response time is met.
• Respond to site medical personnel concerns and queries and direct coordination with the involved departments to ensure concerns are addressed.
