Our Activity Facilitators are central to ensuring that Praxis Care achieves our goal of providing quality care and support to individuals within the service. Each Activity Facilitator works as part of a dedicated team to deliver a high-quality and reliable support service. They provide friendliness and encouragement to the people we support, fostering independence and creating an environment that helps them achieve their desired outcomes.
