About the Role
As part of our Ground Instructor team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, fun, and engaging experience for our guests. Working on the ground, you’ll support the day-to-day running of activities, welcome and host groups, and ensure visitors—from corporate teams to schools and parties—have a memorable time.
Key Responsibilities
Guest hosting & group coordination — Welcome and manage corporate groups, schools, and parties throughout their visit
Activity support — Assist instructors with the smooth running of activities from the ground
Customer experience — Create a fun, friendly, and engaging atmosphere for all guests
