Actuarial Analyst

Data and analytics is a core part of H.W. Kaufman International’s growth strategy. The Actuarial Centre of Excellence team are driving analytical support across our diverse business (supporting broking, MGA and our US insurer) by developing pricing models to support our underwriters, providing profitability analysis across a range of classes, providing reinsurance programme structuring advice, reserving for our US insurer, building dynamic reporting solutions and working with our clients and capacity partner to provide transparency and insights. As an actuarial team, our focus is to help our business solve complex problems in partnership with our brokers and underwriters - all whilst having a commercial mindset and developing our actuarial skills further.
