We are a unique practice in the Canadian marketplace specializing in developing new insurance solutions and optimizing existing offerings for Affinity program sponsors. These programs are targeted at large customer or membership bases of clients whose core business is not always insurance (e.g. banks and other financial institutions, retailers, associations, hospitality providers and others). Solutions are positioned to be complementary to the core services or product offerings of these Affinity organizations and the associated strategies that they employ to achieve key objectives of customer/member engagement, optimized customer experience, and revenue and business growth.
