Actuarial Senior Director, Actuarial Services

Reporting to the Head of Actuarial Services, the Senior Director, Actuarial Services will be a key member of the MBPS Actuarial leadership team. This role provides senior leadership across multiple enterprise‑facing functions, including the Actuarial Consulting Group (ACG), Actuarial Development Programs, Business Management, and support in oversight of functional services. The role also serves as a senior technical SME and point of contact for complex and cross‑functional actuarial engagements.

The successful candidate will have a mandate to strengthen MBPS Actuarial's operating model and advance our strategic vision, elevate governance and performance routines, drive capability building, and support the continued growth of actuarial shared services across Manulife.
