Join a leading team as an Actuarial Specialist focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions in the US P&C segment. Utilize critical actuarial analysis to support strategic decisions in complex transactions.
As an Actuarial Specialist, you will be involved in due diligence and review of key actuarial metrics for M&A activities. This includes assessing reserve estimates and loss ratios while presenting to senior management. You will have opportunities to network within the industry and collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage actuarial due diligence for corporate transactions
• Perform stochastic modeling to evaluate risks
• Conduct in-depth analysis of loss data
• Develop visual and analytical reports for executives
• Present findings in high-stakes environments
