We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Underwriting Senior Manager to join a leading global insurer in Dublin.

About the role
Support the Head of department in providing leadership across the team, acting as a key delegate on strategic initiatives, pricing approvals, and high-impact negotiations.

Partner in steering departmental objectives, ensuring targets are met and progress aligns with overarching regional plans.

Oversee the assessment and sign-off of underwriting proposals for both new and renewing clients, aligning decisions with commercial growth ambitions.

Ensure client-focused, timely responses to pricing and quotation requests, maintaining competitive positioning while upholding underwriting discipline.
