Responsibilities

• · Regulatory Compliance: Assist with meeting all regulatory reporting needs.
• · Regular Reporting & Analysis: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
• · IBNR Determination: Calculate IBNR (Incurred But Not Reported) reserves each quarter.
• · Performance Analysis: Conduct and review analyses of gains and losses.
• · Financial Forecasting: Provide actuarial liability and investment income forecasts for budgeting.
• · Experience & Profitability Studies: Perform and review studies on past experience and profitability.
• · Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate findings, assumptions, and recommendations to relevant parties on time.
• · Tool Optimization: Become proficient with actuarial tools, suggest improvements, and implement approved changes.
