As an
ADABAS DBA (Intermediate)
, you will support the administration, availability, performance, and operational stability of
Software AG ADABAS
databases in a mainframe environment. You'll collaborate with system programmers, application teams, and DXC stakeholders, with

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support
  ADABAS databases
  in day-to-day operations.
• Perform routine DBA tasks:
• Database monitoring, health checks, housekeeping
• Backup/restore and recovery support (as per existing procedures)
• Support dataset management and capacity tracking related to ADABAS usage
• Execute changes following defined governance:
• Parameter updates, configuration adjustments, and controlled deployments
• Support upgrades/maintenance activities (as assigned)
