Additive Manufacturing Engineer

**Work Appropriately**On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basisKey Responsibilities- **Innovation Support**:- Lead design-for-AM initiatives to improve tooling, fixtures, and prototype development.
- Support R&D and pilot projects that leverage AM technologies for process improvement and cost reduction.
- **Lab Management**:- Operate and maintain the Additive Manufacturing Lab, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Manage inventory of AM materials, tools, and consumables.
- Develop and enforce lab protocols and best practices.
- **Printer Operation & Troubleshooting**:- Serve as the site expert on Stratasys 3D printers, including FDM and PolyJet technologies.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure uptime and print quality.
